"How did my baby grow up so fast?" was the first thought in my head.
He started so small, he was in such a hurry...
and these years just went by in a flurry...
Each year seemed so short but the days seemed so long...
I know in the morning I will have to be strong..

Mommy may cry a little tomorrow...
Believe me it is joy not sorrow...

Brendan, my son, who can always make me laugh...
I simply cannot believe you are five and a half...

When you step onto that bus in the morning, I will watch as it takes a piece of my heart

I'm near tears, this is such a great post! My little guy is going to preschool tomorrow, I bet it's going to be even harder when he goes to kindergarten. Thanks for visiting my blog btw! So nice to "meet" you!!
